The AI Organization
The AI Organization is a global platform dedicated to fostering multi-stakeholder collaboration on artificial intelligence to promote sustainable development. Its membership includes representatives from academic institutions, the private sector, international organizations, government agencies, and civil society groups.
Mission
The AI Organization aims to strengthen international collaboration among stakeholders to advance AI for an inclusive, responsible, and sustainable digital future for everyone. It also champions the inclusion of voices from the Global South in global AI dialogues.
The AI Organization brings together the expertise of academia, the innovation of the private sector, the vision of policymakers, and the involvement of civil society to:
- Forge partnerships for AI capacity-building by developing education and training programs.
- Share knowledge on AI that serves the interests of society at large.
- Conduct research to enhance AI’s benefits for people and the planet, while addressing potential risks.
- Co-create innovative solutions to promote sustainable development with and through AI.
- Advocate for evidence-based policymaking and robust AI governance frameworks.
